Is a traffic exchange a good way to get traffic?
Q. is there any down side to a traffic exchange? if so what are they?

A. In a traffic exchange, its a waste of time, because the people who will view your site are only doing it because they want traffic for their site, so they arent really interested in your site, so whatever you are trying to sell or make money from is going to fail since they are not genuinely interested in your site or your products, and if you are trying to make money on pay per click ads, they wont click because they know about those ads already, and like I said, they arent interested in whatever your selling so relevant ads are not going to interest them into clicking.

A. It really depends on what is your niche or target. Traffic exchanges a really good to create awareness and brand your site. Solo ads a good for fast response. What I want to know is, how often are they successful? how much can i expect to make? i have a friend thats willing to give me the software (originally $90) for $20 and has suggested a good domain space from Network Solutions. SMTP Traffic on Exchange Server is HIGH!?
Q. How can I find out why the traffic on my Exchange server is so high. I'll notice the internet connection/traffic being slow. So I look on our firewall and it shows that SMTP from our Exchange server is just skyrocketing. Is there a tool out there that will tell me what or why this is happening?? It seems to happen in random bursts or intervals. I restarted the IIS (and other services) and the traffic will continue for a while. Any info is great!!!
